How I Build my Workouts from Pinterest

As we all know, Pinterest had endless ideas when it comes to just about everything. One of my favorite aspects of Pinterest is the abundance of advice, tips, and tutorials of workouts that others share with the world. In fact, I have so many workouts saved on my Pinterest board that I have began to build many of my workouts based on pins I see online.

My workout board has more pins on it than any other board I have on Pinterest. From at home workouts, to lifting heavy weight in the gym, there are tons of ideas that I love to incorporate into my everyday routines. My favorite pins currently are the "printable workout" pins. These posts all have around 10 exercises each and range from full body to smaller muscle groups such as legs, shoulders, back, biceps, triceps, chest, and abs. Additionally, the posts all have pictures of the exercises as visuals, and also tell you how many reps and sets of each to complete during the workout.

What I like to do myself is look up ideas for new things to add on to my every day plans. For example, if i'm in need of something different on leg day, I'll pull up one of these printable workouts and try it for myself. After the workout, I'll decide what exercises I liked best and add it to my future workout plans.

Although I rarely complete full body workouts on my own, one of these printable workout pins combined just about all of my favorite exercises into one chart hits every muscle group. This full body workout is great to complete all at once, or you can divide and conquer each of these movements when you're training muscles day by day.
